I also have a special request. Most of you have heard of the horrible fires in Australia. One of my bloggy friends; OzJane lives there. She posted about the fires 3 days ago, on her blog. I'm worried about her. Please keep Australia in your prayers!

I must admit I've been slacking so I have no idea how much or even if I have lost. My clothes are telling me I'm probably about the same.
Time to get back on track... I mean on Wii Fit!
