November Thanks Givings Day 8

random gratitudes

making Thanksgiving plans.... 

so much we are thankful for 

happy to celebrate our families being truly 

joined together

nibbled frosted blueberry poptart 

in the shape of a heart

Today's  Daily Reflection absolutely positively 

seemed to be

 just

 for

 me.

Discernment about deceitfulness and 

realizing I can't trust.

Music that helped me feel a little better 

about my disappointment 

mammogram- normal 

I am not a one out of eight

hugs 

holding and being

held tight.... 

mindfully hugging those I love until they let go first

a reminder from someone to never take 

saying hello or goodbye for granted

--coz you never know if it's the last time you will see somebody again

 a very cool five minute chat with two strangers 

I ought to say it was a Jeep thing but

.......I know better

the simplify bracelet that came in the mail

these white mushrooms in the woods today that 

got me thinking about  manna- bread from heaven

Later reading about Heavenly bread

Sourdough in the fridge... feeding it flour and water  and 

looking forward to fresh bread tomorrow night
