Greetings and Holykisses,I keep thinking tonight just how awesome our GOD is! The words "how awesome," don't even close do they? There are no words big enough
to accurately describe the Lord or how truly wonderful He is.
Earlier, I was reading at Sweet Magnolias' Farm;
'Word descriptions" of the KING OF THE UNIVERSE.
The writer, penned beautifully, what I've been unable to express.
And I have not been able to stop thinking about it.
After reading the beautiful post Sara shared;
I started a list.
Then I started to wonder if maybe all of you would share your words?
What words would "you" use for
the King of Kings?

I haven't been by for a visit in a while... I just haven't been on the computer much. I have missed you.
Through some struggles recently... I have come to know Him as my portion. My deliverer. My protector. He is my sustainer.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to think through that. I hope to be back soon.

Sweet Lea-I've been reading The Shepherd's Trilogy (for about the third time) and I can't get over the parallel of how a loving shepherd taking care of their flock is so closely related to the GOOD SHEPHERD... and how he wants a relationship with ME! Little ol' insignificant me... *sigh*... I love my GOOD SHEPHERD so much!

Duing this past year, I've come to know Him as my Prince of Peace, my Shepherd, and The Strength of my Life! Your post today made me think of that beautiful song, "Lord, I want to know you more."
Beautiful post. He's our Father, our Brother, our Redeemer, our soon coming King, lover of my soul, prince of peace, my Shelter in the time of storm, and on and on. There are so many words to describe our loving Father. I'm reminded of a song one of my Aunts use to play and sing, "The Love of God" is greater far than tongue or pen could ever tell." The last verse says: "Could we with ink the ocean fill,
And were the skies of parchment made,
Were every stalk on earth a quill,
And every man a scribe by trade;
To write the love of God above
Would drain the ocean dry;
Nor could the scroll contain the whole,
Though stretched from sky to sky." I think this song could apply to how we describe our Heavenly Father. (My Aunt was blind).
