Hello this afternoon ..from my backyard.
Today's photo is this little, Painted Lady Butterfly.
I just learned her name, thanks to my dear Auntie.
--Inspite of the painted one's tattering; I watched
her keep right on fluttering ...flower to flower.
I share her with all of you beautiful friends.

Lea, I just came across a quote by J.M.Barrie who said that " God has given us our memories that we might have roses in December." I think that would include butterflies, don't you!!!
