Dear Santa

Day 3
"Dear Santa"
Somewhere tucked up in the rafters of the shed;
is a box with my Santa collection.
For some reason,
I  just didn't feel like putting it all out this year.
This Santa snowglobe is different though.
I love that santa  took his cap off and is on his knees before
the Lord Jesus in total adoration.
The Lamb too touches this heart of mine.
The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.

Yesterday afternoon I had to be in the shop awhile.
Our son Trent turned  Mary Did You Know by Pentatonix
on the computer and asked me to listen.  He'd heard it before but really  listened to the words
and  said, "Just imagine Momma; when Mary kissed her little baby...she was kissing  the face of GOD!"
Hearing my own baby boy say that... -- yeah it got me.
So tonight I share not only our little santa snowglobe
but also the song Mary did you know.
If you've never really listened to it before... take a moment--
and hear.

Sweet dreams friends,
Leaon Mary xoxo

Lea, I love your snow globe! and the words of the song, it is truly awesome to think of Mary kissing her baby son, our Lord.

Lamb of God that takest away the sins of the world
Grant us Thy Peace.
The Minister of the church I was brought up in, said these words at the beginning of the service on Sunday mornings.
Thank you for sharing and for bringing sweet memories back. Jx
