Abide Scripture Picture

Greetings and holykisses!

I know; ...it's been a long time!
--Didn't really fall off the face of thee earth but we've had lots of big changes around here!
More about all that later... but today I share a scripture picture from our olde front porch.
Most of the flowers are dead around here.  The drought and grasshoppers have really taken their toll.  So although it's a little early,  I brought out some Fall decorations for some color. The vintage ice cream bucket got a wash of turquoise and I picked  up a couple pots of cheery Mums.  This new "Redeemed" clock came in the mail recently and upon opening it, it seemed right for this post.  It actually says Ecc 3:11 on the face:  He hath made everything beautiful in His time!  Can't wait to hang it  on our living room wall, circled by  photos of my family.

-John 15: 4 has been coming to me over and over again.  -- That beautiful  word ABIDE... gosh; it's been huge to me!  The word's  underlined in my bible, scribbled all through my notes, drawn in pages of my  art journal, ...--months ago some of you may remember it even found it's way into  a bracelet with alpha beads!  Abide!
"Abide in Me, and I in you.  As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in Me."  John 15:4
-That's all for now.
But I've missed you all!
Have a beeeautiful day.
Holykisses xoxo
Lea

I've missed YOU here, Lea. I'll be interested to hear about the "changes" when you're ready to share.

Meanwhile, it IS enough to "abide"! What an invitation--to abide in Him and let Him abide in ME. Wow!

Love your scripture picture Lea, the colours you have chosen are so cheery. The clock is so unusual, with the verse of scripture, its amazing, I'm sure its going to look great on your wall with family photos.
John 15:4 is a wonderful verse. Thank you for sharing.

Hugs
