Gratitude 37

Greetings and Holykisses,

A few random blessings....

--  for this moment- right here... and now.
"today."

-- for you reading this.
Because your visits and friendships
are "gift."

For my short,
summer shadow- ( above)
I sometimes have to watch my step because
there's times she can't get close enough.
I think she'd crawl in my pocket -if she could.

-- for the good health
I have.
That I can see... hear... twirl,
and play.

For my family..
and the love and grace they give so
freely.

For a son who grilled for us and then cut up my porkchop
and  corn right off the cob...
just coz he wanted to... for
me!!    --I felt and saw love in action through him.

That our other son is soon moving
closer to us!
joy!!!

 --That the groundhog is gone...
and our fruits and vegetables
are now staying on the vine until
 I pick them.

For today's first ripe candylope!
It was still wearing pantyhose. (grin)

For Rox and Francy who sounded alarm with their
danger barks until
we came with a gun.
They had  a copperhead coiled up.
--It ... is
....no more.
:)

For the  answer to  prayer where I asked God
for someone here in my area who'd  want to
do a bible study with me this summer.
Out of the blue
a friend pulled in my
driveway and I soon discovered
she was my answer.
(Our books are ordered)

For the Godgirl in Texas
who first asked me to do the same book
-even though we're miles apart.
I look forward to going through another study  with her.
And I'm thankful for this trusted,
kindred soul sister.

For a special egg customer-
and their jar of homemade blackberry jelly
all tied up in a green bow.
--more sweet friendship.

For the kettles of  "gotta have it" sweetcorn that got blanched,
bagged up, and frozen.

For explosions of  more blooms.....
delighting  my inner green.
For the safe raising of another litter of
baby blues in Mommas mailbox.

(Two days ago after Mother-Blue flew out of the box; I approached
with my camera and snapped  the bottom right picture.
Yesterday evening, I walked back by and it was empty.
They were all
 gone.
Not far away;...
I found  one of the babies, perched on the barb wire fence.
Seeing it...
I felt ...
 so happy!!
Thank you Lord, for
bluebirds of happiness.)

For an Oklahoma joybuzz,
and my friend who blesses with words
that lift and build uP.
Thanks God.
--For a  weird text from a number I didn't know.
It was all so ..bizarre?... and then turned ... into wonderful...!
I know this odd crossing of paths ... was meant to be for some purpose?
Even though I  don't understand it all yet; ...I know God worked it for good.
Thanks God for this strange  text over okra! lol

-- For a garden full of sunshine.
and so much more.

Thank You God for all these things...
thank you for my every
thing.
John 21:25
And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Holykisses, xoxo
Lea

Yes, Thank you Lord for everyday you give us, everything thats pure and perfect comes from you...When so much darkness from this world is around us, we have you to lean on, depend on, and you hold us in your arms. We are nothing without you, if people who do not know you, could only see the light......Lea, please pray for my son Corey-his father(my x) has been diagnosed with leukemia yesterday. Pray for his salvation first and also pray for my son Corey. He went thru with me during my sickness, now his father. He is an only child. Thanks so much...From one sweetie to another...Roxie

I always feel warm and fuzzy when I read your list of thanks and praise. I feel like I walked through your week with you and saw all the beauty and heard all the joy through your heart. Thank you for this. It was a wonderful journey. (And watch your mailbox!)

Found your blog through Life and Godliness blog and the comment you left. You inspired me with your comment there and your words here. God bless you and thank-you for blessing me to night.

Such a lovely post, filled with hope and grace. I envy you the friend for Bible study; I asked here and was shot down. The women said, "oh, we're already so busy with painting class and quilting class and not leaving home for anything else!"
sigh.
Such a shame and a loss...for all of us.
God bless you, yours and the work of your hands and heart.
