Plowing Forward

Hope this finds y'all well.

We're still trying to get the spare bedroom put back together, and I've been busy boxing up junk that we don't really use or need anymore.

We heard a guest speaker at church Sunday morning and the message was really good.
He talked about several things that I know nothing about. Jewish ways... and he brought up the Lord's supper. That part wasn't even from the sermon yet but it's really stayed with me! Then the sermon was out of Joshua 5,6, and 7. What stood out the most were: - Things taken that had been consecrated to God, sin in the camp, Christians letting the world take away their joy of salvation and living defeated lives, spiritual warfare, and the fact that our sin taints and affects others. The big question that spoke to my heart was this:
"Am I keeping commandments of God?"
.........I'll probably journal for several days on that one.
(More love stuff!)- and you know: ......... the greatest commandment of all!

It's a beautiful day today.
"Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified." Psalm 70:4

I love the photo and the verse with it.

That truly gets us thinking, I know I fall short at times.

GOD bless you and yours!

Hey Lea love the verse with the picture!! Makes me think of my kids and walking along with them and even walking with God like that. I could use a good walk with God! He's carrying me right now! I love getting messages at church that make me think. It keeps me grounded. My daughter Kaitlin had a class at her college on the Lord's Supper. She just loved it! Have a great day! XO Love, Fran.

Matthew 22:37-40 "Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’[d] 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’[e] 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Thank you for the reminder to Love our Lord deeply, intentfully, with all that we have! And HE will guide our paths
I send thee my love dear sister in Christ!!!
Aloha! Paula
