Gratitudes 10

Greetings and Holykisses,

Somehow, I forgot to add Gratitudes 9 in a title; but.... it's all good!
We are afterall at the Shabby Olde Potting Shed, where shabby mistakes and imperfections are always allowed. ;) (Praise God.) That can start off our first blessing dont' you think?!!!

Random blessing 1: I'm thankful for do overs! Gosh; I've needed several this week.

It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

2: I'm thankful for good health and a strong body!
3: Chilly mornings! Upper 40's and 50's!
4: Turquoise flannel sheets.... and the most comfortable bed in the whole wide world!
5: the biggest slab of creamy, dreamy possum pie for lunch at 10:30something in the morning.
6: Freshly mown walking trails around the pastures!
7: Skipping to my Lou!
8: Bouquets of golden yellow Bitterweed blanketing the fields.
9: Sparrows on the green tin roof chatting about their day.
10: Monarch butterflies fluttering everywhere!!!! (I've tried taking their picture but they're kinda shy!!!)
11: Pink and white AngelMother roses with new buds and blooms!
12: A box from Bellingham filled with love and so many dragonfly kisses! xoxoxoxoxo
13: One purple flower .... in the middle of 24 acres.
14: Whispered I love You's.
15: A moonlit motorcycle ride with my sweetheart... and stargazing!
16: Another new thing after 28 years of marriage: ice cream outdoors in Mcdonald land under the stars. All alone. (Sweet Bliss)
17: Reminder from our Pastor on Sunday be aware of God around us and to simply: Just look uP.
18: "I love you Momma" texts. They mean soooo much to me!!!!
19: Laughter with Trent. That giddy, I can't stop laughing, hilarious, tears streaming down face sweet laughter. Ahhh such good medicine! ;)
20: My "Addiedoo" sleeping on my foot as I type. Warm, loving and faithful friend.

I'll be counting my blessings throughout my day.
God is so good to me.
And I love my life.
Thank you Father God!

Celebrating your blessings WITH you, Lea. (I, too, am thankful for the "do-overs". I've certainly been given my share of them.)

And I'm VERY curious about possum pie! Do tell.

Isn't it just the strangest thing that only those who start counting are those who just can't stop???!!!! It becomes almost obsessive, but in a good way. And yes, suddenly we realize that we just love our lives. I loved the sparrows chatting about their lives while sitting on your roof. I wonder what they were talking about???????

Great and wonderful things that our Heavenly Father has given us... I am thankful also. I read a book a few weeks ago about doing a 'Greatfulness Journal', but I intend to do one on the computer, as I'm way more apt to type than handwrite.
