Christmas Cookie Cutter Swap

Greetings and Holykisses,

I've been so anxious to show you the goodies sent to me by my friend and swap partner: Sue from Country Pleasures! If you haven't been by her blog, I encourage you to click over for a visit!

When I found out Sue and I were paired up for this year's cookie cutter swap; I was so excited!
Sue and I seem to have so much in common, but I must say, this gal is queen of the kitchen! If you love to cook and especially bake, you have got to check out her blog. She shares the most wonderful recipes, and inspires me to bake so much that I might as well just keep my oven on and at 350. lol I keep teasing her that I've gained a few pounds since I met her, but it's really true!* You have to taste test what you bake right?

The picture above is the little ornie she sent of a Christmas cookie. It's hanging on our tree and I think of her every time I see it.

It was hard taking a picture of all the things she sent because I couldn't fit it all into one shot!
What tickled me most was that we both sent eachother a church cutter. ~I have yet to bake up a batch of cut out Christmas cookies and I can hardly wait to use the new cutters. You can be sure I'll be wearing the new apron she sent as well! And when they're all finished and frosted, I have every intention to brew up a pot of the church hill coffee she sent to go with them. I wish yall could join me for a cup!

This festive lil towel is yet another "Country Pleasure."
She also sent this little plaque and it too is hanging in my kitchen.
The sweet smells of Christmas and FRIENDSHIP are warming my heart!
Thanks so much Sue! I'll be thinking of you while I bake my Christmas cookies this year and thanking God for sweet new friends like you.
Happy Baking everyone!

Wow! You were definitely blessed by that package! I know I would have been! :)

I love your buffet, too--the one with the towel on the side. Feels country...feels like home!

Prayers and blessings as you bake!
Rebecca
