Peaceful Sabbath

Greetings and Holykisses,

"Love the LORD your GOD with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." Mark 12:30

If you hear a special scripture or get a word from God this sabbath day.... I'd love to hear it. --I'll be back later to share what God gives me as well.

Sweet Autumn Blessings,
Lea
xoxo

I forgot to ask yesterday if the red tree was in your yard. It is so beautiful. I've never seen on that red before. When we had a house we had a maple tree (I think) that always turned the brightest orange and yellow. It was beautiful also.

Come visit my blog. There's a surprise there for Edie and a post about what she is doing. Be sure to let her know you heard about what she's doing from me.

Hope your afternoon has been peaceful. I've been on the computer all afternoon.
Luv u,
AliceE.

Hey Lea! This is the first opportunity I have had today to get on the computer. Oh my goodness my inbox is FULL! LOL! Thanks so much for your birthday wishes and best wishes in the give-away! Is it for you or a gift if you win?

Our message today was from 1 Peter 3:13-17 with special thought to how we as Christians conduct ourselves when persecuted.
Our evening service covered Romans 12:1. I always thought about that verse being our bodies ... but tonight's message got me thinking of it more as our LIFE in general. Very interesting and I plan to dig deeper!
Holykisses!

Revelation 21:4.....And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

I'm sorry I'm late to this Scripture sharing party... (I'm late for EVERYTHING) but I want to share a verse I came across for the very first time this weekend and don't know how I never noticed it before...

"For the LORD GOD is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will HE withholdfrom them that walk uprightly." Psalm 84:11

Did I understand that last part to say that my Heavenly Father will withhold NO GOOD THING if I'm walking uprightly? Praise HIS name!
